RINGKASAN
 
Asam amino merupakan komponen penyusun protein, jika terdapat beraneka ragam asam amino maka fungsi protein menjadi bermacam-macam. Kombinasi reaktivitas kimia dihasilkan karena sekuens asam amino yang berbeda.
